We keep the list short on purpose. Everything here is something we do day in, day out across the region — and everything is priced on what your move genuinely needs, worked out from a survey rather than a menu. No packages built to look cheap and grow later, and no numbers on this page, because a real quote depends on your rooms, your access and your dates. Tell us about those and we’ll put it in writing.
Residential
Home removals
The heart of what we do — full house and flat moves anywhere in the region, from a Birmingham apartment to a Solihull family home to a Black Country terrace.
What’s included
- A survey before the day, in person or by video, for anything but the smallest move
- Protective blankets, covers and corner guards on furniture as standard
- Beds, wardrobes and flat-pack taken apart and rebuilt at the far end
- Careful handling for terraces, tower blocks, canal-side flats and tight access
How it works
We start with the property and the access — floors, lifts, parking, and any building rules at both ends. From that we build a plan and a written quote. On the day the team wraps and loads room by room, keeps a labelled run of what’s packed, and sets everything down where it belongs.

How it works
We plan a business move around your calendar, not ours — often an evening or a weekend, phased so part of the team keeps working while the rest moves, with clear labelling so the new space comes together fast. Anything surplus can go into storage rather than force a rushed decision.
Packing
Packing & materials
A move is really made or broken at the packing stage. We’ll do all of it, some of it, or drop off the materials so you can crack on yourself.

- Quality double-wall cartons, wrap, tissue and protection supplied
- Full packing, fragile-only packing, or materials for a self-pack
- Wardrobe cartons so hanging clothes travel on the hanger
- A labelled inventory of what we pack, so nothing’s mislaid
How it works
If you’d like us to pack, we come in ahead of the day and work through the home methodically — heavy things in small boxes, light things in large, breakables layered and cushioned, everything labelled by room. Prefer to do it yourself? We’ll bring the right boxes and materials and talk you through the tricky bits.
Man & van
Man & van
Not every job needs a full removal. For a single room, a few larger items or a quick collection, a driver and a right-sized van is often the sensible, honest choice.

How it works
Tell us what needs moving and where, and we’ll say plainly whether a man-and-van fits or whether you’d be better with a full crew. When it fits, it’s quick and careful — a sofa to a new flat, a student move, a few boxes between homes.
